Hobby Specialty's propellers are hand carved from AAA grade balsa block or laminated sheets. They come fully formed, sanded and finished with several coats of nitrate dope. The hole for the prop shaft is 1/16" and can be used with a 1/16" aluminum or brass bearing tube for a 1/32" prop wire or enlarged to accept a 3/32" bearing tube for a 1/16" wire.

They are available from 3" to 18", in 3 different pitch to diameter (P/D) ratios and right or left-handed. Please choose the correct prop for your application. If you are unsure of P/D ratio, a guide would be to use 1.1/1 on most scale models, 1.25/1 on climbing sport models as well as stable scale models and 1.5/1 on well proven, stable sport models.

Since there is so many possible combinations, I do not stock propellers, but instead make them on demand. Delivery is usually no more than a few days.
