If you are not, for any reason, simply return the item(s) in the same packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping of course. Do to the way the shopping cart automates shipping charges, it calculates a bundle of 1/20th sticks shipped in a 24" tube at the same rate as a bundle of 1/8" sticks in a 36" tube. Since there is no way to change this and still have the shopping cart as easy to use, shipping charges will be adjusted manually BEFORE YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS CHARGED to reflect actual rates plus a bit for shipping materials. It is not our desire to profit from shipping fees, but we cannot lose money either. |
